What Floxa is

Floxa is a free, browser-based tool for making personalized photo collages from your own pictures. You can download a standard-resolution image for free. A higher-resolution, print-ready export is available as an optional one-time purchase.

Your collage is generated entirely inside your web browser. You do not need an account to use the free features.

Your photos and content

You keep all rights to the photos you add. Your images are processed locally in your browser to build the collage — they are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on our servers. Because we never receive your photos, we never see or keep them.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any image you add, and that your collage does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Floxa to create, download, or distribute content that:

• infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or threatening;
• sexualizes minors or depicts anyone without their consent in a harmful way;
• attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Purchases and payments

The HD export is a one-time digital purchase. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle handles the transaction, billing, payment, applicable taxes, and your receipt.

Prices and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay and may vary by region. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The Floxa name, website, design, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the site to create collages from your own photos.

The collage layout is a generic photo grid that you fill with your own images. The final collage you create from your own photos is yours to use, including for personal and commercial purposes.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page, with the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove any consumer protection you are entitled to in your country of residence.
