Refund Policy

Digital product delivered instantly

The HD export is a digital product that is delivered to you immediately after a successful payment. Because the file is delivered right away, purchases are generally final.

When we will refund

We want you to get what you paid for. If something goes wrong, we will repair the issue or give you a full refund. You qualify for a refund if, within 14 days of purchase:

• the HD file fails to generate or download;
• the file is corrupted, unusable, or clearly not as described;
• you were charged more than once for the same purchase.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@floxa.app with the email address used at checkout and your Creem order ID (it is on your receipt). We will reply within a few business days.

Because Creem is our Merchant of Record and processed your payment, approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Creem. You may also contact Creem directly about a charge.
