Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the HD export purchase on Floxa (floxa.app). The free download is, of course, free and not covered here.
Digital product delivered instantly
The HD export is a digital product that is delivered to you immediately after a successful payment. Because the file is delivered right away, purchases are generally final.
When we will refund
We want you to get what you paid for. If something goes wrong, we will repair the issue or give you a full refund. You qualify for a refund if, within 14 days of purchase:
- the HD file fails to generate or download;
- the file is corrupted, unusable, or clearly not as described;
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@floxa.app with the email address used at checkout and your Paddle transaction ID (it is on your receipt). We will reply within a few business days.
Because Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") is our Merchant of Record and processed your payment, approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Paddle. You may also contact Paddle directly about a charge.
