Privacy Policy

Your photos are never uploaded

Collages are built entirely inside your web browser. The photos you add are processed locally on your device and are never sent to, stored on, or seen by our servers or any third party. When you close the tab, they are gone.

What we collect

We only collect data in a few specific cases:

• Purchases: when you buy the HD export, our payment provider Paddle collects the billing details needed to process your payment. We receive and store a purchase record (your email, the Paddle transaction ID, the product, and the amount) so we can deliver your purchase and provide support.
• Newsletter (optional): if you choose to subscribe, we store the email address you give us so we can send updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand general usage and performance. This does not identify you personally.
• Local storage: we save a small flag in your browser to remember that you have unlocked the HD export, so you do not have to pay again on the same device.

Payments and Paddle

Our payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record and an independent data controller for the billing information you provide at checkout. Paddle's handling of that data is governed by Paddle's own privacy policy.

How we use your data

We use the data we collect only to deliver and support your purchase, send the newsletter if you asked for it, keep the site working and secure, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it except with the service providers named here (Paddle for payments, Supabase for secure storage, Vercel for hosting and analytics).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@floxa.app and we will respond.

Data retention

We keep purchase records for as long as needed to support the purchase and meet legal and tax requirements. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Children

Floxa is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
